Hi, I’m Jiya.

Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I came to yoga when my body was tired and the gym was only making it worse. It gave me back my energy, my calm, and my sense of self.

I loved it so much that I did a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training course in India. I then taught yoga in Indonesia, and recently added Mat Pilates to bring the two together for a practice that works for all kinds of bodies.

I have spent years as a Montessori kindergarten teacher — I’ve done my time with the little ones! Now I’m here to serve in a different way, helping people heal and move better through yoga.

Yoga always gives you the most positive version of what you walked in needing. It just asks for your consistency — and it pays you back handsomely.
